Chills, High grade fever, Joint Pains , Bodyache, Loss of appetite -- You would not wish to have any of these problems when it's all monsoon vibes around you! Isn't it ???
But these are the unwanted guests "बिन बुलाए मेहमान" of monsoon! The breeding season starts with the very first rains and the cases of malaria and dengue starts appearing as soon as the 10th day after the first rains. The cases can be diagnosed primarily with the symptoms I just mentioned above! You would not wish to fall sick in a beautiful and breathtaking rains outside! So what can be done to not fall sick in this tough season.
Follow these steps religiously and you will pass the 'Sickness Season' like a cakewalk!
Cover your skin from head to toe especially while indoors during early morning and evenings.
Mosquito repellants, mosquito nets and vaporizers.. anything or everything. The Mini Monsters are Messengers of Malaria... And they should not succeed!!!
Keep a check on all the water logging sites around your residence or office. Drain out all the logged water from all such possible sites.
Mosquitoes can trace humans quite effectively. We need to be better than mosquitoes 🦟 by picking them earlier!!! Destroying them before they destroy us!
Food is another big hazard in monsoons. Contamination is very common and it needs to be checked. The disease season invites typhoid too. And it can give you a tough time.
Keep these 5 steps under check and you will be all through the monsoon, Unharmed!
Share your monsoon experiences with malaria or dengue! It helps us educate people better!
